Tim and I recently finished filming Dog Years, our new live-action children's TV show. We set up a brand new studio to do this (I blogged about that here), but we thought it would be fun and/or useful to do a few behind the scenes snippets to expand on how we made it all work.
Our first couple of videos explain how we co-directed the series (between the studio gallery and production floor), and how we filmed with three cameras. The videos range from 1-2mins so check them out below!
There's more videos to come (how we made our lighting rig; using the fourth wall; the importance of good monitor cables; using the right colour scheme; filming with a dog double; how we made our fake garden; the slider & lenses we used; and our 'upstairs downstairs' filming technique).
